The Vines of Mendoza is a winemaking paradise in The Uco Valley, Argentina’s world-renowned wine region. Wine enthusiasts have the opportunity to produce custom-made wines with internationally acclaimed consulting winemaker, Santiago Achával, of Achával-Ferrer fame.
The Vines of Mendoza is set amid more than 1,500 acres and has more than 135 owners from around the world. It’s community of owners, a mix of individuals and groups, produce wine for personal consumption, commercial production, sell grapes for profit, or a combination. Owning a private vineyard estate provides a unique opportunity to learn and enjoy all aspects of winemaking. A dedicated multilingual staff member is on hand for all things related to vineyard ownership and wine production. Vineyard owners can work side-by-side with world renowned consulting winemaker Santiago Achaval and the Vines of Mendoza’s expert team and they have a choice of getting their hands dirty or leaving it entirely to the professionals.
For 1 to 3 acre plots, the price is US$100,000 per acre.
For 6 + acre plots, the price is US$85,000 per acre.
There is a host of activities to enjoy including fly fishing, horseback riding and trekking or perhaps a fitness class overlooking the vines and mountains. Or guests can indulge in one of several in-villa spa treatments.
